Diana Park Hotel

- The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood; - The staff is very nice and helpful; - There is a supermarket nearby, plus a few cafes; - the city center is around 20 min on foot - the room was very clean

Located c.20 minutes by foot from the Duomo, it’s also a bus stop nearby, close there are grocery shops. The hotel is quite shabby, but I didn’t have other expectations after looking on its photos. It’s a very loud ventilator in a room, but at the reception they can switch it off for only your room, which was really great. From a road you can hear passing cars. The room was cleaned well. All staff is very nice and helpful. WIFI works well. I didn’t go for breakfast, towards to the historical center there are many lovely caffe places, where you could have breakfast on your way.

I like the 24h reception which makes my early checkout possible. The staff were all very friendly and I like talking with them😊 There is a supermarket just within 3-min walk, and to the city center 23-min walk. If you wanna take bus, bus station is just outside the gate. Anyway, I will choose Diana Park next time when I travel in Florence.

Staff was great, and supermarket and bus stop right on the corner. Peaceful area.

I had a great experience here and the value is good for the money. It’s an affordable place to stay just a 10 minute bus ride from central Florence. The front desk service was impeccable and they helped me get bus tickets and held my luggage after checkout for a few hours. The room was comfortable and met all my needs for my stay.
